We are creating 18 tiny homes- 4 beds in 16 of them, and 2 beds in the other two. That's a total of 68 beds that will be used by residents that not only want to get out of homelessness but also want to keep the next home they move in to. This includes men, women, and children. These 18 homes will be placed on a 15-acre property that will serve as the campus for the transitional village.
On this campus, we will fill 3 acres of it with a therapeutic garden and extend it to 9 acres that will be open to the public. This garden not only serves as a sacred prayer space but a family day out full of trails, flowers, and relaxing sitting areas.
While visiting, the family can grab some coffee, a bouquet of flowers, and some of the best smelling anointing oils, and unique gifts, from the Floral & Gift Shop that will feature The Bible Studio products and other Christian-owned brands.
In addition to having this beautiful botanical garden, we will have a space for greeting people and case management. This space will serve as the starting point of Wings of Hope and residents will perform intake and meet with their case workers on a regular basis in this shared space.
An innovative Kitchen Diner and Laundry room will be conveniently placed for the residents to enjoy their meals and care for themselves alongside the Barbershop & Salon and, of course, a Chapel that will be at the center of our Sundays.
We will be implementing the Genesis Process curriculum that will educate everyone to not only stand up for themselves but to understand the brain, how it is affected by trauma and crisis, and its impact on recovery and housing stability.
We will also be using a house curriculum that will teach residents what to do after they get their house. With recovery, keeping a home isn't just paying bills on time- it's nurturing yourself and not starving yourself from good conversation and godly influence- after you get the house.
All of this will be part of the greater plan to move residents into permanent, safe and stable housing.
This page is dedicated to Wings of Hope Transitional Village, a campus that will change lives for generations to come.
68 people will have somewhere stable to stay (and an additional 36+ in emergency situations) as they participate in and complete programs that not only teach to be sober and alert- but also teaches the fundamentals of maintaining a home and the importance of good friends and groups in aftercare. This is in efforts to eliminate the current P.I.T. Count in Pickens, SC of 106 people living on the streets at night.

18 Tiny Homes. Housing 68 Lives at a Time. Countless Futures Changed.
At The Bible Studio’s Wings of Hope Transitional Village, we are building 18 thoughtfully designed tiny homes (400 sq ft each)—creating a stable, dignified community that will consistently house up to 68 individuals.
We will also include portable emergency beds, allowing us to respond when crisis hits—because need doesn’t wait.
2 of these homes are fully accessible, designed for individuals with mobility challenges.
This isn’t temporary relief. This is a pathway forward.
This village will:
✔ House 68 people at a time in safe, stable environments
✔ Provide emergency overflow support when urgent needs arise

✔ Restore dignity—not just provide shelter
Every home is a turning point.
